  • Expertise in OSHA compliance, risk management, workplace investigations, safety audits, and employee training
  • Experienced in workplace violence prevention, active violence preparedness, and organizational risk mitigation
  • Proven leader in strengthening safety culture, operational readiness, and compliance programs

 

David Miller

Owner | Risk Management | Claims | Safety & Liability Specialist

  • Over 35 years of experience in insurance claims, liability analysis, and organizational risk management
  • Served the City of Colorado Springs for over 13 years as Risk Supervisor, Risk Manager, and Safety Manager
  • Certified Active Violence and Active Shooter Trainer
  • Expertise in liability exposure assessment, risk mitigation, safety training, workplace violence prevention, and active violence preparedness
  • Extensive knowledge of Colorado workers’ compensation statutes and claims management
  • Experienced in developing safety programs, conducting inspections, and strengthening organizational compliance and safety culture
  • Provides practical risk management solutions for complex public and private sector environments
